Ensuring Quality & Reliability: Malic Buffer Update for Sentia Users
At Sentia, we are committed to delivering the highest standards in wine analysis. Following recent quality surveillance stability testing, we have identified a decrease in the stability of the malic acid buffer, leading us to temporarily adjust its shelf life from 15 months to 9 months from the date of manufacture.
What This Means for You
✅ If your malic acid buffer (Lot Numbers: 408050, 408051, 408052, 408053) has exceeded the updated 9-month shelf life, it may no longer be suitable for use.
✅ Impacted? We’ve got you covered! We will arrange a free replacement to ensure uninterrupted testing.
What We’re Doing
🔹 Website Updates – The revised shelf life is now reflected on our Sentia website.
🔹 Seamless Replacements – If your buffer is affected, we’ll initiate a smooth, hassle-free replacement process.
🔹 Future Improvements – Our team is working towards restoring the buffer’s shelf life to at least 12 months in future batches.
We understand this may raise questions, and our team is here to support you. If you need assistance or have further inquiries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
