Sentia fructose test strips can be used to track the progress of a primary ferment to dryness, and with the ability to measure this fermentable sugar separately, users can act to mitigate sluggish or stuck ferments quickly and efficiently. Samples undergoing fructose analysis require a simple 1 in 5 pre-dilution with the Sentia fructose buffer.
